Maideasy Guarantee Terms

The Maideasy #CuciBersih Guarantee is available for Basic Home Cleaning only including Regular Cleaning Session & One Time Booking Session and not included for other services by Maideasy - Move-in/ out Cleaning, Spring Cleaning and Interior Painting.

  1. If you are not satisfied with the quality of Cleaning Service requested and paid for through the Maideasy Platform, then Maideasy will send another Cleaning Crew to re-perform the cleaning session ordered at no additional charge to the Requester.
  2. The Maideasy #CuciBersih Guarantee also provides certain limited additional protections. Maideasy will compensate Requesters: up to RM500 per occurrence for losses arising from (a) property damage as a direct result of negligence of a Cleaning Crew during performance of a Cleaning Session; or (b) for losses arising from theft of a Requester’s property by a Cleaning Crew during performance of a Cleaning Session.
  3. For Regular Cleaning Session = RM100 x 4 = 400 maximum coverage.

    For One Time Booking Session = RM100 x 2.5 = RM250 maximum coverage.

  4. The Requester is eligible for the Maideasy #CuciBersih Guarantee provided that the Requester reports the issue to Maideasy within twenty-four (24) hours of the Cleaning Session appointment to Maideasy by email support@maideasy.my and attached with supporting photos of the incident or the specific area that did not meet Requester expectation.
  5. For missing items, Requester must send a proof of ownership such as receipt or photos that shown the Requester own the item. Then Requester need to print out our Declaration Form, sign it and have it certified by local Commissioner of Oaths. Then once all submitted, we will process it within 7 working days.
  6. If the missing items is more than our maximum coverage, we strongly advice our Requester to make a police report. If police report is submitted, we will not offer any reimbursement and will have to wait for investigation. Our Crew will be 100% liable after the investigation.
