COMMON QUESTIONS

What happens if no cleaner accepts my booking?

Typically, your request will be accepted by our crew within a few minutes up to a few hours, depending on the crew’s work schedule

If no crew accepts your booking, all payments will automatically be converted to Maideasy Coin. You can use this Maideasy Coin to make a new booking, or you can easily redeem it from the app, and the full amount will be refunded.

Can I pay by Cash, after the session is completed?

We only accept online payment via bank transfer, credit card or Maideasy Coins. We do not accept cash.

All payments must be made from the app before your request can be opened to our crew.

How do I make my payment?

All payments must be made online, from within the app. You may pay using an online bank transfer, credit card or Maideasy Coin.

Certain bookings may only require a 30% deposit to be paid and the remaining can be paid in cash or online transfer after the session.

Why am I not able to book the time and date I want?

If you book on short notice, there may be no available slots with our cleaners to fulfil your request. If this is the case, you will be required to choose a date and time further in the future.

You can also make a booking at another time or date, and send us a message via our live FB Messanger live chat with your preferred time and date. We do our very best to provide you with a cleaner at the time and date of your preference.

When should I book?

If you book on short notice, there may be no available slots with our cleaners to fulfil your request. We suggest that you book soonest possible to avoid disappointment.

There will be a last-minute booking fee for bookings made within 24 hours before the session. Feel free to pick a later date to avoid this charge.

How can I request an invoice?

You can email support@maideasy.my with your request. Please include your booking details (booking token, date, and email used to make the booking). We will provide your invoice within a week.

Can I feel comfortable making payments through Maideasy ’s app?

Yes!
