How to leave feedback?
- Rate us via email: You will receive an email from us on the day of your cleaning service – rate your cleaner!
- Email us your feedback: Should you have longer comments and would like to attach photos or documents, you can drop us an email at support@maideasy.my and our team will go through your feedback.
- Share with via phone call: After your cleaning session, we do random checks to ensure you are satisfied with the cleaning. You can also drop us a call at 03 2770 2808 (9am – 5pm, daily) to talk to us.
- SMS your comments: Share your short and sweet feedback via SMS by replying to the SMS you received from MaidEasy – the easiest and fastest way!
