Overall Experience:
I booked for two sessions with MaidEasy on October 28 and November 2. Overall, both sessions were very good! The store really needed some cleaning. It’s spotless now after they cleaned it up thoroughly!
MaidEasy Cleaners:
The cleaners that came to our work space (Firdaus, Lutfi & Hanif on 1st session and Kak Rohana on 2nd session) paid attention to details when they were cleaning our warehouse, office and storefront. Not only they were detailed, they were also patient with our requests.
Customer Service:
MaidEasy customer service representatives are very attentive. I received phone calls from the team to verify and confirm my bookings one day prior. The team also made sure that the cleaners come on time.
