Why is it necessary to use our Maideasy app? Why can’t I just call the support team and make a manual booking?
1. Pay directly from the app
There is no need to keep cash around the house. You can pay for your booking with various form of online payment.
You can pay with credit cards, online bank transfer or even using e-wallet such as Boost.
You may also pay your booking using Maideasy Coins.
2. Track your Maideasy Coins
In the rare occasion that we failed to find you a cleaner on-time, you will receive a store credit in the form of Maideasy Coins.
You can easily track your Maideasy Coins balance and transaction directly from the app.
If you want, you can also redeem this coin for a full refund. Just fill up the redeem form and we will process it within 3 business days.
3. Chat with your crew
Once your booking has been accepted by our crew, you can easily chat with them.
This would be a perfect time to pass additional information to the crew if you need to.
Note that you may not reschedule the session using chat.
